Our amazing support workers are dedicated to providing support to our service users with dignity and respect. We’re passionate about understanding your needs and making sure that you get the right support that you want. We understand that it can be hard to find the right care which is why we listen to what you want. We understand that being in control of your own life and care is important to you, so we work with you to provide the care that you want and need.

With supported living we support our service users with their daily tasks and needs whilst promoting independence. The support workers plan trips and outings with the service users. Luma Homecare believes in going the extra mile for the service users.

Domiciliary care is another service we provide which is put in place to support an individual in their own home, and is available to those that require additional support with day-to-day household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their quality of life and independent living.

Palliative Care

Our trained team of staff are ready to provide home care for those with terminal illnesses in the comfort of their own homes. Our goal is to provide person-centred care to help reduce pain/discomfort and to improve our client’s quality of life

Post Discharge Care

We aim to support you with the transition of coming out of the hospital and going back to your normal day-to-day life. We offer short-term and long-term support. Our staff will support you with your daily needs and with your recovery

Supported Accommodation

Luma Homecare Ltd provides supported living services for people with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours and mental health needs. Our trained team is dedicated to ensuring that everyone receives the right support to live happy and fulfilling lives.
